For over 50 years, Peak-Ryzex has been one of North America’s largest independent Authorized Service organizations specializing in the repair of bursters, detachers, decollators, shredders, check signers/imprinters, paper folding machines, and roll feed equipment including winders, cutters, web buffers, form folders, carts, docking stations and unwinders.
Peak-Ryzex is the only authorized service provider to service and support all of Moore Wallace and now RR Donnelley’s paper/forms handling products including pressure seal systems, bursters, detachers, paper cutters, check signers/imprinters and shredders. Peak-Ryzex also maintains the Document Verification Systems (a barcode scanning system which tracks documents and verifies job integrity as part of the customer audit process).
In 1997 Moore purchased Peak-Ryzex and then in 2001, Moore Wallace merged their service division with Peak-Ryzex. As a result, Peak-Ryzex has some Customer Service Engineers (CSE) with over 30 years of paper handling service experience. Each Peak-Ryzex CSE has been cross-trained on the complete line of Moore Wallace and RR Donnelley equipment.

Our nationwide onsite coverage, time and materials repair, installation, 24 x 7 coverage options in the US and Canada means we can support customers with one location or multiple locations. Peak-Ryzex has thousands of form handling equipment customers that it provides onsite services for and many have been using Peak-Ryzex service for over 10 years, some as long as 25+. We understand mission critical applications and have many customers utilizing our 24 x 7 coverage option with a 4-hour response so we maintain a large parts inventory.
Our Peak-Ryzex Customer Service Engineers average 16 years of industry experience, some with over 30 years of paper handling equipment repair experience and are factory trained and certified.
