Juliann Larimer – President & CEO
Juliann Larimer joined Peak-Ryzex as President and CEO in April 2018. Juliann was most recently Vice President and General Manager, Sales, North America, at Zebra Technologies. Prior to running North American sales at Zebra, she served as Vice President of Global Channels and Sales Operations at Motorola Solutions as well as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Zebra Technologies. Prior to Motorola, she held a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles at NCR, IBM, Accenture and Bridgestone Corporation. Juliann is an accomplished B2B technology executive, and has been recognized for her strong leadership in managing diverse teams and driving results in a matrixed environment. Juliann earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Ross M. Young – Chairman
Ross Young became President and CEO of Peak Technologies in 2006 and was made Chairman in late 2016. Prior to joining PEAK Technologies, Mr. Young worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) operations team of Platinum Equity where he was responsible for the transition of acquired businesses. Mr. Young started his career as a sales representative at Racal Datacom Ltd (a Data Communications company based in the UK) where he held various senior management positions including Director and General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Young relocated to the US following the acquisition of Racal Datacom by Platinum Equity.
Mr. Young was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and went to School at George Heriots Edinburgh and Hull University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Physics. Mr. Young has more than 27 years experience in the IT Services and Telecommunications industries.
Michele Adams, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Michele Adams joined PEAK Technologies in June, 2003 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for oversight of the global finance, accounting, treasury, business analytics and legal groups. Prior to joining Peak, Ms. Adams served as Assistant Controller at Trigen Energy in Baltimore, MD. Prior to that Ms. Adams held various finance and management related roles in the waste, hotel/hospitality and floor covering industries.
Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management with an Accounting certification from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland. Ms. Adams has more than 20 years-experience in the finance and accounting areas and 15+ years in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.
Tim Wills – Chief Marketing Officer
Tim Wills joined PEAK Technologies in September, 1999 and currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer where he is responsible for the global go-to-market strategy development and execution. Mr. Wills was most recently General Manager, NA, & Senior Vice President where he was responsible for Corporate Strategy & Marketing, North American Sales, Peak-Ryzex Direct, and Manage Mobility. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Wills served in various sales and marketing positions at Preston Company, a regional leader in the transportation and logistics industry, headquartered in Preston, MD.
Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Wills has more than 19 years of experience in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.
John Coon – Managing Director, UK, & Global Software Lead
John Coon joined M-Netics in 2010 (now combined as M-Netics/Peak-Ryzex UK) and currently holds the position of Managing Director, UK, and Global Software Lead where he is responsible for managing the Peak-Ryzex international business and the company’s retail software portfolio. Previously Mr. Coon spent 10 years at Motorola Solutions (formerly Symbol Technologies) initially as VP UK & Ireland and progressing to a wider area of responsibility including Benelux, Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Coon has worked in the mobility, supply chain enablement, retail and lifecycle services industry for over 18 years and in the broader technology/business services industry for over 25 years. Mr. Coon holds a B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from QMC, University of London.
Jim Polcaro – Chief Information Officer
Jim Polcaro joined Peak-Ryzex in February, 2020 and currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer where he is leading the global information technology organization for success in our rapidly evolving digital age for our customers, employees, and partners. Mr. Polcaro defines and leads technology vision, transformation, and data while ensuring reliable, accessible, and secure operations with a dynamic and engaged team. Before joining Peak-Ryzex, Mr. Polcaro had domestic and international experience in the financial, public health, real estate, and wireless telecommunications industries. Mr. Polcaro’s most recent experience was Vice President, Information Technology, at SECU Maryland, Inc., a credit union delivering banking products and services to 260,000 members.
Mr. Polcaro holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Cornell University. Mr. Polcaro has more than 30 years of technology experience.
Billy Lawder – Senior Vice President, North America Operations
Billy Lawder joined Peak-Ryzex as SVP, North American Operations in April 2019. Billy was most recently Sr Director leading the mobile fueling (LTL) division for Mansfield Oil. Prior to joining Mansfield, Billy was the COO of On-Site Fuel Service and has held numerous leadership positions in finance, procurement, engineering, and operations at Anheuser-Busch, Home Depot, 3PD (now XPO Last Mile), and Simmons Bedding. He is an accomplished supply chain executive with years of experience building successful team and delivering big results.
Billy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Ga Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State Coles College of Business. He holds both a Six Sigma Black belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
Brad Tracy – Senior Vice President of Sales, North America
As SVP, North American Sales for Peak-Ryzex, Brad is accountable for leading a diverse team of sales professionals to service existing customers, acquire new client footprints and deliver on financial objectives. As part of Peak-Ryzex Executive Leadership Team, responsibilities include strategy development, building alliances and cross functional collaboration with all business functions in the general management of the business.
Brad has 30+ years of B2B technology experience. Brad’s career began with NCR in a series of progressively increasingly responsible roles. Most recently, Brad worked as Global Retail Segment Manager for HP, leading industry strategy, business development, retail partner ecosystem development and industry marketing. Brad previously served on NRF’s Associate Member Council, the Board of Directors of the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) and as Vice Chairman of the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) Associate Member Advisory Board.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
Laura Kaspar – Global Vice President, Human Resources
Laura Kaspar joined Peak-Ryzex in August, 2018 and currently holds the position of Global, Vice President, Human Resources, where she is responsible for overseeing the global human resources function and building programs that attract and retain the best employees in the industry. Prior to joining Peak-Ryzex, Laura was the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at Acton Mobile. Prior to Acton, Ms. Kaspar held various human resources positions in the construction contracting, manufacturing and distribution industries.
Ms. Kaspar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Ms. Kaspar has more than 20 years-experience in the human resources field.
