Juliann Larimer

Juliann Larimer – President & CEO
Juliann Larimer joined Peak-Ryzex as President and CEO in April 2018. Juliann was most recently Vice President and General Manager, Sales, North America, at Zebra Technologies. Prior to running North American sales at Zebra, she served as Vice President of Global Channels and Sales Operations at Motorola Solutions as well as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Zebra Technologies. Prior to Motorola, she held a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles at NCR, IBM, Accenture and Bridgestone Corporation. Juliann is an accomplished B2B technology executive, and has been recognized for her strong leadership in managing diverse teams and driving results in a matrixed environment. Juliann earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Vanderbilt University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Ross Young

Ross M. Young – Chairman
Ross Young became President and CEO of Peak Technologies in 2006 and was made Chairman in late 2016. Prior to joining PEAK Technologies, Mr. Young worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) operations team of Platinum Equity where he was responsible for the transition of acquired businesses. Mr. Young started his career as a sales representative at Racal Datacom Ltd (a Data Communications company based in the UK) where he held various senior management positions including Director and General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Mr. Young relocated to the US following the acquisition of Racal Datacom by Platinum Equity.

Mr. Young was born in Edinburgh, Scotland and went to School at George Heriots Edinburgh and Hull University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Physics. Mr. Young has more than 27 years experience in the IT Services and Telecommunications industries.

Michele Adams

Michele Adams, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Michele Adams joined PEAK Technologies in June, 2003 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer where she is responsible for oversight of the global finance, accounting, treasury, business analytics and legal groups. Prior to joining Peak, Ms. Adams served as Assistant Controller at Trigen Energy in Baltimore, MD. Prior to that Ms. Adams held various finance and management related roles in the waste, hotel/hospitality and floor covering industries.

Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management with an Accounting certification from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland. Ms. Adams has more than 20 years-experience in the finance and accounting areas and 15+ years in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.

Tim Wills

Tim Wills – Chief Marketing Officer
Tim Wills joined PEAK Technologies in September, 1999 and currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer where he is responsible for the global go-to-market strategy development and execution. Mr. Wills was most recently General Manager, NA, & Senior Vice President where he was responsible for Corporate Strategy & Marketing, North American Sales, Peak-Ryzex Direct, and Manage Mobility. Prior to joining Peak, Mr. Wills served in various sales and marketing positions at Preston Company, a regional leader in the transportation and logistics industry, headquartered in Preston, MD.

Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Wills has more than 19 years of experience in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.

John Coon

John Coon – Managing Director, UK, & Global Software Lead
John Coon joined M-Netics in 2010 (now combined as M-Netics/Peak-Ryzex UK) and currently holds the position of Managing Director, UK, and Global Software Lead where he is responsible for managing the Peak-Ryzex international business and the company’s retail software portfolio. Previously Mr. Coon spent 10 years at Motorola Solutions (formerly Symbol Technologies) initially as VP UK & Ireland and progressing to a wider area of responsibility including Benelux, Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Coon has worked in the mobility, supply chain enablement, retail and lifecycle services industry for over 18 years and in the broader technology/business services industry for over 25 years. Mr. Coon holds a B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from QMC, University of London.

John Gale

John Gale – Chief Information Officer
John Gale joined PEAK Technologies in September, 2007 and currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer overseeing the global information technology systems across the entire company, working to ensure that Peak-Ryzex meets the constantly evolving needs of the company’s customers, partners and employees. Prior to joining PEAK, Mr. Gale served as Director of Professional Services at Psion Teklogix, headquartered in Erlanger, KY. In this position, Mr. Gale was responsible for building out the SAP and Voice integration services business. Prior to joining Psion Teklogix, Mr. Gale had a 14-year career at Symbol Technologies, headquartered in Long Island, NY, where he held various positions in the services field. Mr. Gale also later became Director of North America Professional Services at Symbol Technologies before leaving to join Psion Teklogix.

Mr. Gale holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Long Island University in Brookville, NY. Mr. Gale has more than 25 years in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.

David McMinn

David McMinn – Senior Vice President, North American Operations
David McMinn joined Manage Mobility as Vice President of Operations in June, 2006 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, North American Operations where he has full responsibility for all solution, hardware, and services delivery for North America. David was promoted to Vice President of Manage Mobility in 2017. Prior to joining Manage Mobility, David was Vice President of Sourcing at Unisource Worldwide, where he was responsible for building a centralized sourcing team to consolidate and rationalize vendor partners and products. David served 2 years at OfficeMax as Vice President of Merchandising where he was instrumental in several new merchandising campaigns and the downtown store program.

Before Office Max, David spent 5 years at Office Depot as their Vice President of Merchandising, where he led a team of 296 people in Merchandising and the Copy and Print Centers. He led several initiatives in IT support for vendor partners, industry-leading merchandising and promotional campaigns, and drove unprecedented sales growth in several key areas for the company. David started his retail career at AutoZone, where he held several positions over his 15 year career from operating stores to managing the merchandising department.

Jeff Walters

Jeff Walters – Vice President, North American Sales
Jeff Walters joined Ryzex in 2008 and currently holds the position of Vice President, North American Sales, where he is responsible for managing the entire North American sales team with the goal of representing the company’s full portfolio, collaborating as a single sales team and taking advantage of new growth drivers. Jeff was promoted to Vice President of Field Sales in 2016. Prior to joining Peak-Ryzex, Jeff was Director of Sales & Training at Zones, where he focused on both the strategic and tactical execution for recruiting, training and productivity for all sales divisions. Prior to Zones, Mr. Walters served 7 years in various recruiting and training positions at Best Buy.

Mr. Walters holds a degree in Commerce and General Business from Vancouver Island University in Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Walters has more than 10 years in the mobility, supply chain enablement and lifecycle services industry.

Laura Kaspar

Laura Kaspar – Global Vice President, Human Resources
Laura Kaspar joined Peak-Ryzex in August, 2018 and currently holds the position of Global, Vice President, Human Resources, where she is responsible for overseeing the global human resources function and building programs that attract and retain the best employees in the industry. Prior to joining Peak-Ryzex, Laura was the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management at Acton Mobile. Prior to Acton, Ms. Kaspar held various human resources positions in the construction contracting, manufacturing and distribution industries.

Ms. Kaspar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Ms. Kaspar has more than 20 years-experience in the human resources field.
