The T5000r Online Data Validation System (ODV) guarantees that bar codes are scannable, offering a complete bar code compliant solution. This unique quality control option can inspect every bar code on every label printed on a Printronix T5000r.  Specifically, ODV technology analyzes each bar code just after it is printed.  This 100% analysis verifies that the print image falls well within each bar code's published quality specifications to ensure the bar code will scan successfully.  If any code on a label fails, the label is automatically cancelled and a replacement label is printed.
