Health and Welfare Benefits
Medical/Prescription – We offer two PPO plans through BlueCross BlueShield.
Dental – We offer two options through United Healthcare Dental with the high option covering orthodontia.
Vision – Our vision plan, through VSP, offers both in and out-of-network benefits. The plan offers benefits for eye exams as well as hardware.
Disability - A disabling illness or injury can be financially devastating and that's why at Peak-Ryzex, we provide short and long term disability coverage to provide replacement income if an employee is out of work due to an eligible non-work related injury or illness.
Group Term Life Insurance / Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage (AD&D) - Life insurance and AD&D coverage is a combined benefit for all employees.
Flexible Spending Accounts - Employees can take advantage of before-tax flexible spending accounts to save money on eligible expenses.
Health Care Spending Account - Employees can use this for eligible expenses that the medical, dental and vision plans do not cover or cover only in part, including deductibles and co-payments.Employee Assistance Program - This program provides free, confidential assistance to employees and their eligible family members during times where professional assistance can make a difference.
Dependent Care Spending Account - Employees can use this for eligible expenses related to child or other dependent care (such as care for an elderly parent or disabled dependent) that enables the employee and spouse (if married) to work or attend school.
Paid Time Off
Peak-Ryzex's paid time off package includes 10 paid Holidays as well as Personal Days, Vacation Days, Sick Leave, Jury Duty Leave, Bereavement Leave, and Military Leave
401k – Employees are eligible to participate in Peak-Ryzex's 401k plan through Fidelity Investments upon date of hire. The employer match is 50% on every dollar you contribute up to 6% of your compensation. There is a five-year vesting schedule.
